Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Order Confirmation, Shipping & Tracking Responsibility
Once an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.
When the order is ready to ship, the customer will receive an additional email notification, followed by an email with the tracking number, another email confirming the package is in transit, and a final email when the package is out for delivery or delivered.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that it is their responsibility to monitor all delivery notifications and tracking updates sent by email and provided by the carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.
If the order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, the customer must contact us immediately at admin@leidylauranails.com.
⚠️ Customers are required to contact us immediately once the estimated delivery date has passed if the package has not been received. Failure to do so may waive eligibility for shipping investigations, refunds, or replacements. Orders may be considered fulfilled based on carrier tracking confirmation.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
🚫 We do NOT accept returns on gel products.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@leidylauranails.com.
If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total.
Damages, Defects & Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
Contact us right away if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Failure to report issues promptly may affect eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Perishable goods

Custom or personalized items

Custom-made or pre-made press-on nails

Personal care or beauty products

Hazardous or flammable materials
🚫 NO returns on sale items, Holiday Sales, Special Deals, or orders placed during Lives.
Exchanges
To receive a different item, the original item must be returned (if eligible).
Once approved, a new order must be placed separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks, Fraud & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact us first at admin@leidylauranails.com before opening any chargeback or dispute.
Chargebacks filed for “item not received” when tracking confirms delivery will be treated as fraudulent claims.
We reserve the right to submit tracking confirmation, delivery scans, order emails, IP address data, and communication records to Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, and issuing banks.
Orders confirmed as delivered are considered completed transactions under Shopify Protect, Stripe, and PayPal Seller Protection and are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.
We reserve the right to deny future purchases to customers who initiate false or abusive disputes.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Completion
Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout and marked as delivered are considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to:
