Shipping policy

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped 2–3 business days per week, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays when postal services are closed.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
If your order is placed on or near a scheduled shipping day, it will most likely ship on the next available business day.

Processing times are separate from shipping transit times and may vary based on order volume or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Address Accuracy

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer

  • Address changes requested after the order has been processed or shipped

Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout and marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

⚠️ Customers are required to contact us immediately once the estimated delivery date has passed if the package has not been received. Failure to do so may waive eligibility for shipping investigations, refunds, or replacements. Orders may be considered fulfilled based on carrier tracking confirmation.
